Does this KL StarRail know what they are aiming for at all, for them to boldly put the sign Towards ISO Certification..?? i was waiting for sardine packed trains that were late as hell yesterday .... so what is ISO?
How do you rate ISO 9001, will you put your train schedules right where you started, LATE to 5 minutes???
Oh i see ISO 9001 means packing the train cabs like sardine cans
How much does an ISO 9001 Certification in Malaysia cost?? without going through the real ISO Auditors??? im sure Malaysia Boleh ...... kakakaka
